Authenticity Guarantee

Every coin and banknote sold by Coastal Coins is guaranteed to be genuine and authentic.

If you believe an item purchased from us is not authentic, and this is confirmed by a reputable, independent third-party expert or grading service, please contact us with the supporting documentation. We will review the information and, if the claim is accepted, arrange and pay for the return of the item.

Once the item has been safely returned and verified, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that any costs associated with obtaining an independent appraisal or authentication are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable, regardless of the outcome of the claim.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Sale items
Grade disputes
Change of mind

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we'll arrange and cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement (where available) or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions of the return.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your payment provider before getting in touch with us.
